- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪About 2 months ago, I called Tower Dental Arts on a Monday close to 5 pm. My mother was in a lot of pain and needed a lot of work done on her teeth. They scheduled an appointment for 9 am the next morning and started working on her immediately. All the girls in the office were and continue to be extremely helpful and friendly. They genuinely make you feel comfortable and at ease there. Dr. Rocha is an extremely warm and caring woman and she excels at what she does. My mother is beyond thrilled with the work Dr. Rocha has done. Her teeth look beautiful and I am grateful for how well they took care of my mother!January 12, 2017by Carey Bergin
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In Feb. I had a filling done the male dentist did half of the took I went back in March and they were more concerned about pulling the tooth next to the one they did a half ass job on. And the took kept decaying and I called and Gabriella was suppose to call me back and never did along with the doctor. And I bet the reason is cuz they have my 500.00 credit and didn't care for my money I called and asked for a refund last week and nothing yet I went back on Saturday the 19th and they said they did a took adjustment on the tooth that the doctor didn't finish so now I have to pay more money they took 130 from the 500.00 with out me knowing. And I pull up my insurance and they charged my insurance 408. As well and want another 842.00 for the took treatment plan so why even supposedly do a tooth adjustment and not just fix it so now I am out that money because the tooth wasn't fixed when I went both times now I have to wait longer to get my refund back.
