- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Beware of their billing processes! On Jan. 30, 2017 my wife visited this Urgent Care Clinic and paid $114.65 for the treatment. Medicare procesed the claim on Feb. 3, 2017, sent them $35.01 and informed my wife that her part of the bill is $82.01. Thus BCHC owed her $32.64. On Feb. 28, 2017 I contacted their Billing Office and was told they just received the payment fron Medicare that was sent to them on Feb. 3rd, and they will start working on our refund and it will take a month! Today, Apr. 4, 2017, I again contacted their Billing Office and was told that their CEO signs all refunds and the CEO is currently on vacation and the Billing Office didn't know when the CEO will return! My question was "If anything happens to the CEO what do they do?" There was no reply!January 23, 2017by John Hilson
